We currently offer:

  • UK-wide Delivery (Selected Items Only)

1. Processing Times

Most products are made to order.

Processing times:

  • Pastries & Treat Boxes: 1–3 business days

  • Celebration Cakes: As agreed during booking

  • Digital Products: Instant download after payment

2. Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for courier delays, strikes, or weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once delivery is picked up by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If no one is available to receive the order and it is left unattended, we are not liable for damage or spoilage.

5. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect address:

  • We are not responsible for lost goods

  • Re-delivery costs must be covered by the customer
